Don't Go Fishing With A Net Full of Holes

Just don't do it...you'll catch no fish...

The shapes here are supposed to do two things, make you think of fish, and then realize that there are none. The blue is water, the shape of the fish is representing the lack of it (the black color being a hole), and the water in the shape is showing what you got instead. It's representing both expectation and defeated expectation.....and on the left you see the spoils, wound wire or string and a rock.

So that's what the imagery is...now what do you get out of it?
