Can Non-Newtonian Fluid Fill Potholes?

No, it's not a discovery from the Dimension X, but it might look that way. Some fluids behave oddly when you apply hard and quick force to them, acting stiffer instead of parting as water does and some students think these fluids are the key to fixing potholes easily and cheaply....take a look.
