Happy to announce that this piece "As You Slipped Out of View" was purchased over the weekend and has a great new home out in 'Tosa. This is one of those pieces that I originally didn't think much of the idea, but ended up with a piece that overcame all my expectations. I had the idea of the telephone poles receding into the distance and thought it could make a cool, bold image, but in all honesty, I expected it to be a little boring...maybe even cliche or over-done. Instead, I came up with a surprisingly striking and simple piece that carries a great deal of weight in it's few splattered lines.
