Woolly Mammoths and Aliens

Earlier, news broke that Japanese and Russian scientists were working together to get a Mammoth clone going within the next five years...and that's not even the craziest science news of the day. NASA just confirmed that the Kepler Space telescope has discovered an alien planet that fits within the orbited star's "habitable zone" or the distance from the star in which liquid water is able to exist, thus creating the possibility of life. The planet's diamter is 2.4x that of earth's and it is said to orbit a star similar to the sun. Furthermore, scientists estimate that, if the atmosphere exhibits the same warming tendencies as Earth, the surface temperature would be around 72 degrees. So...pretty freaking awesome news...http://news.yahoo.com/nasa-telescope-confirms-alien-planet-habitable-zone-162005358.html

Can't wait till I'm sitting on Kepler22b (Earth 2.0), bathing in the rays of some other star, (we'll call it Carl  simply so the nickname can be Hot Carl) while my pet woolly mammoth walks me to the grocery store....awesome
