Christo, famous for wrapping large objects and areas of nature in large fabric sheets, has hit a roadblock, or river-block, in his newest project, "Over The River in Colorado," after two lawsuits were filed against the plan. Fears over the environmental impact of the 5 mile long fabric cover have plagued the project since it's proposal, and a judge recently ruled that construction on the project could not continue until the suit was resolved, pushing back an already-delayed completion date.
