There's a new problem facing immigrants trying to move into the United States, even for the people attempting to do it legally by registering and getting green-cards. A fear of gang-related violence and organized crime moving into the US from Mexico has snared a number of immigrants bearing tattoos which resemble gang-related insignia. The denials are due to a part of immigration law which allows denial if there is a potential national-security risk...gang violence spilling over the border.
