Tokyo has taken flood prevention pretty seriously
There's really no story here other than the fact that, under Tokyo sits a gigantic water retention center to help curb flooding during the typhoon season. Included in the center is a room called "The Temple" which is 24 meters tall, 177 meters long and 78 meters wide which connects to many other silos by almost four miles of tunnels. if you can't imagine that large of a thing underground, don't worry, there's pictures...and if you don't want to click the link, take my word for it. It's Big.
