deja...post. A-Rodge is October Player of the Month

Didn't I just do this for September, and a few individual weeks in there too? Well either way, Congrats...pretty awesome you can win the award for the month when he only played three times! Just read the excerpt below to see how good he's actually done in the last couple months...

Rodgers has won each of the season’s two offensive-player-of-the-month awards, which means he’s halfway home to a season sweep. It has never been accomplished.
His 12 touchdown passes are the most by a Packers quarterback in October in team history; Lynn Dickey threw 11 in October of 1984. Rodgers’ 1,455 yards passing and the 12 touchdown passes are personal bests in any month, and he padded his NFL passer rating lead in October with a 129.4 rating. Rodgers’ yards per pass attempt, 10.70, also led the league. The yardage total is the second-best in October in team history; Dickey threw for 1,482 yards in 1983, but that was in five games, Rodgers’ total is in four games.
This marks the fourth time in Rodgers’ career that he has won the NFC offensive player of the month award. He won for December/January last season, which means he’s on a three-month roll, and he also won in October of 2009.
