Milwaukee Needs More Coffe(y)

Though I don't think anyone would put him on a "top relief pitchers" list, Todd Coffey was a much beloved piece of the brewers last year and it had nothing to do with his game. He pretty much embodies the awkward, overweight, middle age white dude that is the majority of a Miller Park game...And he just continues to prove it.
Coffey emerged in a recent Nationals game donning the teams throwback 1936 uniforms. Problem is, someone apparently told the seamstresses that Coffey is about 5'10" when he stands a looming 6'4", leaving his ankles to ward off the D.C. summer weather with socks alone. Luckily we don't live in Siberia and his ankles escaped with only their dignity a bit worn, but the image of such a large man sprinting from the dugout, fat rolls a flappin' with capris swishing about on his meaty shins seems like just the image for a Milwaukee summerfest ad.

RUN don't walk to Drinky(Summer)FEST!

If only for some down-homey goodness, I hope we get a glimpse of big guy sprinting in from the Miller bull-pens sometime soon...Sprint on Coffee, all the big, awkward, middle-age white guys in Milwaukee salute you.
