Due to increased competition from other fairs and a lack of interest from high-end dealers, The Next Art Chicago Art Fair has been canceled for the coming year, ending three decades of what once was one of the most important international art fairs in the world.

There's not much more info than that as you can see...and I must say I'm pretty disappointed. I've been to it once or twice, so I'm no type of "veteran" of the event, but it's always been a fantastic opportunity to see some great art from all around the world that, otherwise, we'd have a tough time running into....
