This first piece is called "The Docks" and is...well, exactly what the title says. It's a picture of an empty dock, birds and waves about...The dock takes on a greenish blue of algae while the sea is the dark purple...
And this piece...is in the works. Right now, I see mountains, river rocks, a person, a sailboat, stained glass.....It's one of those that's on the edge, but just doesn't have that punch of meaning or excitement quite yet. It's a piece that may very well end up great, but also could be completely painted over in the next few nights. Right now it's just pretty, and while that's OK, I was really looking for something more when I started this...
