I Can Feel It A Rumblin'

No...not indigestion...ART.

I've got some interesting ideas rollin around in my skull. First, I'm going to try to work on that HUGE piece that reminds me of a tiger right now...It's not meant to be one...but hey, i'll milk the comparison because "tiger" is easier to type than "The huge piece that has orange and black stripes, with some red dashes"

Then, I have an interesting idea for a new large-ish piece. I don't know how to explain it....but I have ideas like a stacked city, a rock slide, and "tremors" (the earth-quake kind, not the 90's sci-fi flick...well, maybe both.)

And lastly, I want to do a larger piece based around the idea of the palette. I've always found palettes beautiful in the most natural way. Where I try to create work that is primitive, natural, and spontaneous, palettes do this better than any brain could. They become work that is almost totally devoid of plan or meaning...and that's cool.

So! Good night to be free of any plans...good night to get some canvases...good night to fire up the record player...and Tremors...

See ya tomorrow with some smashing work.
