Pray God That You Can Cope

This piece is about disaster. The imagery, if taken directly is the moment before impact. The moment before an attack...an explosion. The two bursts of color closing in on the city...the large triangles being buildings, the dashes and dots being people. . the larger circles (one on the bottom right) are temples or religious areas with large crowds gathered...

The imagery is about the event, the title refers to the emotion...the desperation. All you can do is pray that you can cope...that you can come out alright. We are left in suspense as we watch the event unfold. Will the people be destroyed in the next instant or will they rise up and conquer their troubles...we are left in the shoes of the people in the piece. What will happen next? Panic or Hope? Pro-active action, or acceptance? When faced with the end, how do you approach it?
