Don't Judge a Book By It's Cover

One of the things that has annoyed me more than anything in this political cluster-f*ck we call Wisconsin, has been the insane, ignorant and intolerant generalizations by people from all sides of the debate. Not all Republicans are bible-thumping racists. Not all Democrats are capitalist-hating handout-seekers. Not all religious people are redneck intolerants. Not all atheists are hell-dwelling anarchists.

THERE ARE GOOD PEOPLE ALL AROUND YOU.
Here's a good image of that

This was taken at a gay pride parade. A christian group showed up but, contrary to most generalizations, were not gay-hating, were not homophobic, and were not charging homosexuals with ruining the sanctity of marraige. They stood on the sidelines with signs which read "I'm sorry for how the church treated you", and other such remarks.

This doesn't absolve all transgressions or anything like that...but please people, let's try to be civil and quit all the grade-school name-calling.
