Eclipse

Here's a pencil drawing I did last night...just to test out some new pencils that I bought. I really really really cannot stand the sound of pencil (Especially art pencils) on paper...to the point that i usually use pens, but I gritted my teeth and toughed it out...

I think I'd like the entire paper to be black with only the inner circles being white...surrounded by a dense mess of black lines and dashes. I think the detail in the "solid" black would be immensely interesting and intricate...only really visible when close to the piece...and even maybe mixing in some extremely dark patches of color...
