The Column Cloud Details

Details shots from the most recent piece. Again...I'd like to get a pencil into the piece and work on the white cloud area...not to make it dark, but to make it look much less flat. I want the smoke to seem concrete or sculpted...like the monuments I'm referencing and opposite of the fluid smoke that is actually represented.
