WI Boy's Doodle Wins National Google Doodle Contest
2nd grader, Wisconsinite, and time-traveling pirate Dylan Hoffman has been announced the winner of the national Google Doodle contest held for anyone between grades K-12. Out of 114,000 kids, Dylan's pirate-themed design was chosen to don the US homepage of the Google this Friday, as well as receiving a 30K$ college scholarship and a 50K$ technology grant for his school. Congrats to Dylan and his school and thanks for giving the nation a positive story coming out of Wisconsin!
