If you've been trying to tailor your diet to what the media says is good for you ove rhte last few years, chances are you're getting mixed messages. From the Atkins diet to all liquid weekends to just "eating healthy", all people from all over have totally different ideas of what's healthy, what's not, and what you should be doing to help yourself.
One of the more confusing consumables is coffee, and due to the fact so many people drink it, health concerns are rather large. So when a study comes out saying coffee is linked to other ailments, people put down the cup. But then when a study says coffee drinkers live longer, people pick it up. What's to believe when studies display opposite findings? Well, if you aren't tired of studies yet, a new one says that coffee is mostly OK, it's the accompanying habits that tend to go along with coffee drinking that may be the culprits...take a look...good news for me as I fill up another...
