Detroit's been in decline for, well, as long as I can remember. To tell the truth, the only positive thing I've been aware of to come out of Detroit in my whole lifetime was the NCAA Finals a couple years back, but it appears like the city is moving into yet another stage of decay after the denial of a lawsuit filed by the city's legal counsel.
