If the passage of obamacare hurt, this is salt in the wound for republicans and conservatives across the country. Reports are surfacing that Judge Roberts, who gave the final thumbs up needed to pass obamacare, first had voted with the conservative judges, only to change his mind in what some would call "questionable" circumstance. Some have speculated that he gave in to public pressure, even worse that he put the political image of the court over the actual constitutionality of the bill...They've even gone so far as to say that this decision holds the same displeasure that liberals had with the Bush v. Gore decision eight or so years ago. Either way...I don't think this is the last we'll be hearing about Obamacare or the decision in the coming months...Let's hope Roberts is a fan of the media...
