Check out this in depth article on what's up for the Tuner Prize and who the author thinks has the inside track to win...

It's really hard to judge art when you can't get any imagery...and it's ESPECIALLY hard to understand a video from a description (at least if it's more complicated than a Michael Bay film) so it's hard to judge if this guy is on or not. Personally, I'd like to see more from each artist before i decide who I like (if anyone). Take a look at the below link to see a little bit of the type of work each artist does.

(the volume gets a little weird at times)
And after that video...i dunno. I reserve my judgement of the videos since seeing them is probably important. The pencil drawings look extremely interesting and engaging and the size, I'm sure, ads quite a bit to the experience. The performance piece seems light-hearted...but that's about it. Hard to tell from such a brief explanation of everything.
