Biden's Attitude: Required or Rude?

The opinion seems pretty split, depending on who you went into the debate liking, but take a look at two opposing views of the VP's performance in last night's debate.

First, a piece from Rolling Stone saying Biden did exactly what was required and what the Republican's deserve,

Another saying the opposite, that Biden reached a new low in debate etiquette, a move that could prove hurtful to his campiagn...

The reaction is a pretty good sign of what the campaign has been like...100% different reactions to exactly the same subject. If you like Obama, Ryan deserved to be mocked and Biden was appropriate in his boisterous attitude and condescending tone. To republicans, he was simply putting on a performance to mask the fact they can't run on their record while Ryan was the calm and collected voice, what we need for the next four years. In reality, you had a boring, emotionless guy in Ryan take on an annoyingly forceful shouter in Biden. I've read equally about lies from each, equally about each candidate winning, each hopeful president happy with their VPs performance. In reality, 99% of people made up their minds long ago and are so blinded by their decision that nothing, barring a catastrophe would change their minds. In reality, while the debates are meant to inform the public and engage them with candidates, we're all simply watching for the next screw-up...hoping it comes from the other side.
