Sailing has been the go-to form of global travel since, well, there was global travel. Other than mass land-migrations over temporary land-bridges long ago, the only way to get to different parts of the world, and avoid walking, was to sail. As we moved into the industrial age, flying took over...but now, as we move into an even further frontier, space, we may be reverting back to the tried and true methods that have stayed with us for so long...well, with a twist...
