Recount Sought by Chavez Successor's Opponent

Chavez's chosen successor to his regime won re-election in Venezuela, but it was by such a small margin that the opponent is seeking a recount. The successor gained 50.7 percent of the vote compared to the opponent's 49.1, but officials of the opponent's camp say they have over 3000 polling irregularities, prompting questions and charges of corruption.
