Most everyone has some problem getting up in the morning and staying alert throughout the long days at work.,..but is the problem with getting enough sleep or just with how we are sleeping in general?

I wake up every night like clockwork between 2.30-4...maybe it's about I stop struggling to get back to bed and use the time for some mid-sleep creation...
