This piece is all about doing rather than saying. Pointing out the fact that you can call yourself whatever you please, whether or not you actually ARE that is another matter completely. I suppose the idea here is to present the obvious...being a human means nothing if you do nothing human. Being rich is pointless if you don't use your money. Being nice is worthless if you never interact with others. Being a giant is meaningless if you refuse to stand.
You can call yourself a king because you bought a plastic crown, but it doesn't make it true and it won't matter one bit to anyone else. Be what you are and let others give it a name.
