Check out this gallery of really cool photos. Believe it or not, these are full color photographs taken 100 years ago in Russia, using a specialized camera. They apparently took three black and white photos in rapid succession with blue, red and green filters. Later, they combined the images with filtered lanterns creating near true-color images....pretty stunning, it looks totally modern and then you notice those few small details that make you realize, once again, that these people are long since gone and the area is probably drastically changed...its just strange to see something so old look so new.
