Due to fears about extreme tax hikes on the rich (over 75% for those making over 1.3 million) expensive properties are going up for sale well-below market prices as the wealthy flee France. Is this the 1% shirking duties and being greedy or simply a sign of what happens when your solutions continually raise taxes without cutting spending?
