Reviewing the Fourth Plinth.

Since it's construction in 1841 the fourth plinth in Trafalgar Square has stood empty, it's planned equestrian sculpture deemed too costly. But recently, it's been home to sculpture of a more contemporary kind. Check out this review of the recent project, placing contemporary sculpture atop the iconic plinth.
