Assange Granted Asylum by Ecuador

Julian Assange, founder of Wiki-leaks and accused of rape in Sweden, was granted asylum by the foreign minister of Ecuador, citing a right to not be extradited and his fear that Assange will not receive a fair trial if extradited from Sweden to the US, where some believe he could face Espionage charges. The US has not said whether or not it plans to charge Assange, and the British say they have an obligation to extradite Assange to Sweden, despite this most recent news. Take a look...
