Was Van Gogh Colorblind?

One in ten men has some kind of color blindness, so it wouldn't be that odd to find out some of the most famous people in history had it. But when one of those people is known the world over for his wild use of color, the possibility is bound to raise some eyebrows. Check out this article which talks of a researcher who believes that Van Gogh was colorblind based on some tests he's designed to reveal what the colorblind eye sees. Not that it's conclusive or anything, but it is interesting to see that a simple filter seems to make the paintings make a little more sense in terms of their color relations...
