With more fairs than ever before, more big name galleries taking part, and more art being sold, the art world has seen a dramatic shift in the way it does business, moving beyond the gallery walls. But with the explosion of fairs, can the art world keep up? Furthermore, even if we can continue the supply of art to the fairs, who's to say the pressure to produce won't negatively affect the artwork's quality. Is the new model for selling art sustainable, or are galleries in danger of selling out?
