Despite fears of massive traffic problems and huge numbers for this years Olympiad, London has been called a "ghost town" during the games with business owners hemorrhaging money and desperate for customers. With a $14 billion price-tag, the games were a tough sell to the city in the first place...now that the promised visitor boom hasn't materialized (and tourism numbers have actually dropped) and profits are tanking, people wonder if London will feel the Olympic curse the way of Athens or Montreal of past years?
