The New Limits of Life

Since any of us can remember the question of "Are we alone" has stood as the greatest mystery to our universe. And as we continue research, the possiblity is starting to seem almost as good as a guarantee. But there's another type of life that we don't understand much at all, and it's right here on our planet, and possibly as abundant as all the plants and animals on the surface – subsurface microbes. Take a look at the new limits of life and what is helping us understand what we might be looking for elsewhere in the universe.
