Oslo is facing an interesting dilemma; the public's calling for the replacement of government buildings damaged by terrorist bombings (though still structurally sound) largely due to the "ugly" "brutalist" style...but the buildings house some fantastic and unique concrete murals made by some guy named Pablo Picasso. Should Oslo replace the buildings and simply move the murals or should our modern ideas of beauty be left out of the conversation and keep the vision of the original architects and artist intact?
