I believe this piece got taken from the wall down in Madison and stands as one of the first "scratching" pieces that I ever did, leading to a much more physical and uncontrolled mark-making than anything that had come before. Take a look at A Voyage With No Destination...
Interesting to note similarities between the layout of this piece and "I Won't Probably Get Very Far" a much larger painting from around the same time....
