Spike Lee (or Affiliates) Hire Unpaid Designers, Steal Designs.

Well...nothing like not paying someone for their work and then stealing it...

Now...the position wasn't paid and he never had a contract, so there's a few things the designer could have done to help himself...but still, it's a bad situation that shouldn't have gotten to this point.

Apparently Lee missed the part of the story where he owns the company that hired Juan Luis Garcia and stole the work...not to mention the fact that the original poster had been shown all over the net.

According to Spike Lee, If you didn't hire someone and don't know him your company is free to steal his work.
