Early Crichton Novels Point to Big Talent.

Michael Crichton is best known for creating the massively popular TV series ER and writing the blockbuster Jurassic Park, but along with these and a slew of popular sci-fi novels, Crichton also had an early lesser-known career as a gritty crime novelist under the pseudonym John Lange. Just released for the first time under his real name, these books tackle different subject matter than what he's generally known for, but apparently capture the same energy and excitement as the work that made him famous.
