A russian lawmaker has set off a firestorm by suggesting gay athletes and fans could face prosecution at the Sochi Olympics for openly displaying or supporting gay rights. The statement came after Russia instituted a ban on "homosexual propaganda" nationwide while the IOC has appeared "cautiously optimistic" that gay-athletes will be safe at the games...

With this, allegations of massive corruption and the censorship of Olympic aimed art by the Russian government, I'm finding less and less reason to support the upcoming games...
