Rioting in Missouri After Shooting.
A college-bound African American boy was shot in Missouri and vigils turned violent over night as reports surfaced that the boy was unarmed and shot several times...Investigators are looking into the incident, the NAACP has filed an civil rights complaint, and riots have settled while questions remain.
