Ai WeiWei Not Happy His Vase was Smashed

Despite reaching international fame by smashing an ancient vase in the name of art, Ai WeiWei has denounced another artist's smashing of his own painted vase in a Miami Museum this week.

Now, it should be noted that WeiWei owned the ancient vase he smashed in his now famous performance and the vase most recently smashed was not the property of the smasher…but many find the differences in the situations minute and join in questioning the legitimacy of the art piece and the charges of vandalism.
