Eat smaller portions...eat less processed foods...move yourself for a half hour a day...drink less alcohol.
If you do all that, you'll probably lose some weight or be in better shape (they aren't always the same) and you won't spend a fortune on pills...and you'll learn some self-discipline. All good things.
