You may think our obsession with cute cats in funny pictures is new...that with the dawn of the internet, some cute-cat-switch in our brain got flipped 'on' and ever since, cats have been donning mustaches, playing keyboards, dancing, or wearing clothes...Well you'd be wrong. Check out this article about LOLcats that go back so far as the 1870's...I guess we've always been this ridiculous...
