SELL SELL SELL

I had two shows over the weekend and about 12 hrs of driving...but luckily, there's some good news to talk about so my tiredness seems rather worth it. At the show at Crossings in Zumbrota we had a very good turnout with family, friends and a few welcome visitors. The work looked great and a few pieces managed to sell.
This piece sold before I even got to the gallery and got the most praise (by far) throughout the show. A few people hinted at contacting me about similar work so that's always promising...Also, a similar piece of a house sold, along with an inquiry about commissions..all in all, a pretty lucrative Friday night...

I also had a butt-load of work at a show in Madison which turned out looking awesome. There were a number of artists in a HUGE space that really looked great and had some fantastic work. There, the following piece is being discussed and, if bought, would be an awesome addition to the weekend. It's an older piece that got updated recently and really took on a new life.
This is the unfinished version of the piece.
and on TOP of all that I have a commission to do and a lot of cool ideas to follow up "We Do What We're Told"...so, good week of shows, good results with selling, and good list of things to continue to get done...I guess i won't get that monthly game of Madden in quite yet.

And just cuz it's my blog, here's the newest piece...again
