Check out the report and recordings coming out of the cruise ship disaster from over the weekend. What a goon that captain is! I realize that when shit happens, you never know how you will react...but man, I really hope that my reaction does not include abandoning 4000 people that have put their faith in me to deliver them safely to a destination.
I mean, unless you are completely and utterly selfish and careless, how do you look at 4000 passengers on your boat and say "Ya, it's probably OK if I just take off now."
If I was on that boat, I'm suing the PANTS off them right now.
